Appointments may take place at Benjamin Salon or at Bungalow 6625, depending.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION

For hair extensions, there will be a deposit taken at the time of the appointment towards the cost of the hair. This will be put toward the total price of the appointment.

If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours there will be a cancellation fee of $120 for each hour taken from the original deposit.

A client release should be signed if the hair is compromised / bleached etc, making it clear that the client accepts responsibility.

A list of Do’s and Don’ts is included with all after care. Maintenance and when to come back etc is also included.

The client has 14 days to come in if they having any issues with the hair and must communicate with the stylist.

If the client has the extensions cut or colored by any other stylist there is no guarantee the hair can be saved.
